The Zoning Board of Haddonfield will be hearing Brandywine Senior Livings application tonight at its regularly scheduled December meeting. The Planning Board unanimously passed the project recently despite the Historic Preservation Boards rejection of the 41,000 sq. foot monster renovation/addition including Haddonfield’s first underground parking garage. The HPC’s 4 page report recommended denial of the application because of the projects massing & scale in a Historic residential neighborhood. The Planning Board in over 4 hours of testimony didn’t even mention the report and the HPC”s recommendations. The project is now in the Zoning Board’s hands tonight at 7:30 @ Borough Hall.
