The Haddonfield Planning Board will be considering a rejected certificate of appropriateness application for the Brandywine Senior Living Facility located at 132 Warwick Rd. This application was denied by the Historic Preservation Committee at their June meeting. The neighbors have been opposed to such a large scale commercial building in the residential area. Brandywine is planning to demolish the existing rear brick building, and construct a 41,000 sq. foot building with an underground parking garage. The Planning Board meeting is 7:30 @ Borough Hall.
