Historic District Residents – to assist residents with navigating the Historic Preservation Committee process, when applying for a certificate of appropriateness, a “draft” design guidelines have been developed by the HPC. These guidelines are currently under review by the Planning Board. The Planning Board will be discussing these guidelines at their February 7th meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the Borough Hall Auditorium.
