This expanded “California” Style bungalow was demolished recently @ 264 Mountwell Ave. in Haddonfield. Neither of these properties was located in Haddonfield’s protected Historic District where demolition of properties needs Historic Preservation Commission approval. Other recent “tear downs” include the American Four Square previously located @415 Washington Ave.
