The Haddonfield Commissioners have now spent another 56,233 of Haddonfield taxpayers money on plans for the redevelopment of Bancroft that may never happen. As of April 29 2011, the bills into the Borough for the new planner, and an attorney are 57,196.68. This number does not include the 210,000 dollars spent between 2005-10 on the now fired Heyer & Gruel & Ass.
